Services
- Institutional and Market Research: We apply secondary and primary research and qualitative and quantitative methods to conduct research projects within institutions to inform campus planning and decision-making, or externally to gather and interpret information about customers and markets. We are particularly known for our ability to go beyond just collecting and reporting data, instead analyzing and interpreting it in depth to produce insights and practical, useful recommendations.
- Strategic, Operational and Business Planning/Feasibility Studies: We work with institutions to help them define where they want to be and how to get there. This may include all aspects of planning — strategic and tactical — and results in clear goals and objectives, and step-by-step plans to meet them. Where needed, we also guide them through what can be a challenging implementation process. Similarly, when an institution is considering a project or initiative but is unsure of its success, we work with them to define what it will require financially and operationally, assess its risks, and perform a cost-benefit analysis. Results may include a fully documented and supported feasibility study with a go/no go recommendation and/or a strategic plan.
- Program Assessment & Evaluation Strategies and Studies: Using research methods similar to those described above, we evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, enabling our clients to understand and/or quantify the outcomes of their efforts, gauge what is and is not working, and identify program improvements.
- Organizational Analysis/Design & Operational Improvement: Where institutions face specific challenges, we work with them to understand those challenges, the barriers to resolving them, methods that will lead to successful resolution, and steps that will support needed changes. This may include such solutions as organization or process redesign, re-staffing, employee development, and team building.
