Substantive Change Report

A regional university, determined to establish a strong online presence, decided to launch six online programs.  An early step in its plan was to submit a proposal to its state education authority and a Substantive Change Report to its regional accreditation body.  Because of Tom Clay & Associates, Inc.’s relevant online education expertise and our ability to organize information and write persuasively, the university asked us to author both documents on its behalf.  Working with the Vice President overseeing the initiative, we made sure we understood the strategy, plans and programs, obtained information from the relevant academic and administrative departments, and then created successful reports for both agencies.
